Designer Kaye Pope has been making reproduction clothing for over 25 years.
Her career has taken her from faculty costume designer at Murray State University to visiting instructor of
Costume Design at Idaho State University to costume mistress at The Toledo Opera where she maintains the elaborate
costumes for each production. As a freelance designer, she focuses mainly on the turn of the century fashion with
a specialization in Late Victorian to Edwardian and into the Art Deco Era of fashion. Currently she is the costume
manager at the University of Toledo Costume Shop where she continues to teach new students the art of costume
construction.
